Is this emergency transportation?
No. Our services are for non-emergent transportation only. If a medical emergency occurs, 911 should be contacted immediately.
Who can use this service?
This service is available to adults who need assistance getting to appointments, errands, or community activities and do not require medical care or monitoring during transport.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes. A family member or caregiver may ride along when appropriate, space permitting.
Do you provide door-to-door assistance?
Yes. We assist clients from inside the home to the vehicle and back, including help with mobility devices such as walkers or canes.
Can rides be scheduled in advance or recurring?
Absolutely. Transportation can be scheduled as a one-time ride or arranged on a recurring basis for ongoing needs.
